Gymnastics teaches all aspects of physical fitness—strength, flexibility, endurance, balance, power, and speed... allowing children to excel not only in gymnastics but in any sport or activity they choose to pursue. It is also unique in that it is an individual sport with a team emphasis. This allows children to develop teamwork skills as well as self reliance—two vital skills in today’s world.
We offer co-ed classes for infants through kindergarten, and boys and girls classes for 1st through 12th graders. We also have tumbling (fall through spring) , competitive team, and an adult program. Use the links above to get detailed information on all our classes.
SOKOL FORT WORTH is the oldest gymnastics program in Fort Worth. We are a non-profit organization which promotes physical activity for all stages of life. Our staff is caring and highly qualified, and we believe physical fitness is a vital element in a child’s life. We hope to instill a love of activity and a positive self-image to all children in our programs. Plus, it is the goal of SOKOL to include and encourage each child, regardless of experience or ability level.

Simply print out and complete the Membership Card (1 per family) and Registration Form (1 per child) and bring with you to our gym Tue-Wed 10:30-11:30 am or Mon-Thur evenings--or contact us for other arrangements. If you have questions please feel free to contact us by phone or e-mail.
