For girls six years old and older. All four women’s apparatus (vault, bars, beam, floor) are taught along with strength conditioning, flexibility, and basic dance.
Our caring and qualified instructors guide each student at their own pace, always praising accomplishments and encouraging students to trust themselves and their bodies. We use the nationally researched USAG and American Sokol Skills Progressions. Using a skills progression helps to ensure that a strong foundation of skills is taught at each step along the way, so that correct and safe techniques will be applied as skills advance
Bronze
For girls 6 years old-4th grade with little or no gymnastics experience. Each class meets for one hour, and students may be enrolled for one or more classes per week. Basic skills are taught in an encouraging manner, often using games, circuits and other teaching tools to make learning safe and fun. Students are generally divided by age group as well as skill level.
Tuition: $50/Month (1x/wk), $90/Month (2x/wk)

Silver
For girls 6 years old-4th grade with basic gymnastics background and knowledge. Each class meets for one hour, students may be enrolled for one or more classes per week. Gold
For girls 6 years old-4th grade with strong general gymnastics skills. Each class meets for one hour, students may be enrolled for one or more classes per week. Basic skills are taught in an encouraging manner, often using games, circuits and other teaching tools to make learning safe and fun. Students are generally divided by age group as well as skill level.
Tuition: 1-hour: $60/Month (1x/wk), $90/Month (2x/wk)
1.5-hour: $70/Month (1x/wk)

Platinum
For girls 6 years old-4th grade with higher level gymnastics skill and ability (you must be approved by SOKOL FORT WORTH staff for this class).
More advanced and difficult skills are taught in an encouraging manner. Classes are slightly more intense than the Bronze, Silver, and Gold classes. Self discipline, connected skills/sequences, strength conditioning, and dance are emphasized. Students are generally divided by age group as well as skill level.
Tuition: $70/Month (1x/wk)

Falcons
For girls 5th-12th grade. Students may be enrolled for one or more classes per week. This class is geared toward the unique learning needs of older gymnasts. Skills are taught in an encouraging manner and safety is emphasized.
